Healthy Granola

Choconastu brings you the first recipe to recharge your energies in a healthy way. This recipe is used by our founder Anastasia Iamachkine to continue with her routines as a high-performance athlete. 🏋️♀️
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup of honey 🍯
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. melted coconut oil
- ½ sliced almonds
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup shredded coconut 🥥
- ½ tbsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ cup of @choconastu chunks 🍫
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Mix the honey with the oats.
- Add the coconut oil, almonds, walnuts and shredded coconut.
- Spread the mixture well on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes and remove. Bake again for a couple of minutes until the flakes are golden brown.
- Once the granola cools add pieces of @choconastu
- Enjoy! 😍✨
